Easy upgrade
Easy install: hold at 90 degrees over the mount and turn toward the rear of the car, plug in the wiring harness and you're all set. The bracket doesn't seem to want to stay on, but you can cut the tube extension and it clicks in and holds.

Nice hardware, poorly implemented app
The switch is nice and WiFi setup is reasonably straightforward. That’s where it ends. Alas, the app is a janky horror show and, as of this writing, will NOT connect to Alexa. Forget the device reviews, look at the Alexa Skill reviews if that’s why you’re considering this switch. Ultimately it makes more sense to get a good smart switch and just use an Alexa routine to set the timer. This thing is a joke.
