Basic performance. Good features.
2 von 4 finden das hilfreich The Rockville REQ231 Dual 31 band 1/3 octave graphic equalizer is a low cost and basic quality equalizer. It has some nice features including sweepable low and high cut filters and a frequency selectable sub frequency output. The sound quality is fair. The sound shaping capability seemed to be average sounding and not especially musical compared to other equalizers I've used. Still this is a useful device, but it just didn't have any wow factor and the knobs and faders feel very "plastic-y". Average but useful in most audio applications. Would probably work for EQing floor monitors, but would use something better for the main PA at front of house. Low cost is a plus if you are budget conscious.

Great cables!
I had never heard of LyxPro products before, but I gave their cables a try because the looked to be made with high quality connectors and wire. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the cables were of the highest quality and I have continued to buy other great LyxPro products ( microphones, ear buds, mic stands and other cables). Some of the best unknown audio products out there. Highly recommend.

Beta 87C better choice
If you are looking at getting a Shure Beta 87 microphone, you may want to get the 87C version over the 87A version. The real difference is the 87C is a cardioid patter and the 87A is a super-cardioid pattern. The 87A super-cardioid pattern has better off axis sound rejection and a tighter pickup area and is less prone to feedback, in theory. That being said, it also seems to be less responsive to vocal dynamics unless the singer is right up on the microphone. I find the 87C version to be much more open and responsive for both singing and public speaking use. To my ear, the 87C responds much more naturally and evenly for most vocalists.
