performs well after proper set up.

The product works fine after it was set up but the major problem that existed is when you set up the modem you have to enter a security password. The seller of the modem did not know that I needed one. I finally got ahold of a time warner cable tech support guy who was able to help me. If you buy one on ebay make sure the seller can give you the security code because arris will not be able to help you and some of time warner tech support people do not know how to help you.

Not worth the money.

The product works fine for one season then stops working. Theree is no warranty with it. At a cost of 100.00 it is not worth the cost.
