A Useful Array of Ideas for a Pilates or Yoga Instructor

As an experienced instructor of both Pilates and yoga, I'll admit that I'm not much of a brand guy, especially when working with "open domain" material. Having said that, "Yogilates" offers an innovative approach to practicing and teaching mind-body fusion sessions. I don't believe in the "versus" ultimatum for exercising; much usefulness springs from combining movements based on relevance to a goal rather than allegiance to a brand.
