The Oxford grips are so good and so easy to fit. I am 75 and look forwards to more riding years in the rest of our country(I am sick of going around in circles in the ACT)
I was caught out in very heavy rain and my hands were soaked but I can tell you warm wet hands are preferential to cold wet ones!!!
