  The price on the item was listed as "+ free shipping" but once I purchased the item, I was told by the seller that I had to pay for shipping. I was also told by the seller after I had already purchased the item, that it had rust in an area that wasn't described or pictured in the listing. Due to these issues, the order was cancelled.

  No purchase was ever made ! Free shipping was a discussion point, only if it the shipping point was close by. Freight for a packed bike is expensive based on the distance and zip code.
