Phone keeps crashing

I cannot use the case because it causes my phone to crash. The first day I was so excited to have solid protection for my phone, but before the first day was over, my phone appeared to be broken. The screen was black. I removed the case and figured out that it was only a software crash and a manual reset fixed the problem. It had never happened before. I hoped it was a fluke. I put the case back on, but within a few days, it happened again. I had to remove the case to reset the phone once more. I feel frustrated about this situation and am choosing not to use the case right now.
