Pentax D-BG6 Battery Grip for Pentax K-1 and K-1 II

Excellent addition for any Pentax K-1 owner.

Compliments the Pentax K-1 (or K-1 Mk2) very well. Provides a comforatble hand grip for portrait orientation shooting and doubles the battery life of the camera (using either a dedicated Pentax Li-Ion battery, or 6 AA cells). It's built very nicely as well, and includes the same standard of weather sealing as the K-1. There are also lots of extra buttons (AE-L, AF etc) that are harder to reach on the main camera body when shooting in portrait orientation. The only real downside is that it obviously adds some weight and bulk (but it's easy enough to unscrew and take off when not required). Overall, thoroughly recommended.

Perfect replacement

Being a genuine Pentax battery, this is the perfect replacement (or 2nd) battery. It works exactly like the original having the same output and spec.

A great addition to my DIY toolbox.

If, like me, you've always used one of your fingers to spread sealant, you'll be amazed at how much easier and less messy it is with this profiling kit. The kit comes with a whole range of different profile shapes, of different sizes, plus a very useful blade for removing old sealant. I wish I'd bought one of these kits ages ago. Highly recommended!
