Happy dance!

I used to have a top quality (huge!) bread machine years ago that I loved. It got used regularly. Then I went on a no bread kick and foolishly got rid of my bread machine and all my best bread recipe books. I know, I know…SMH. Anyway, I got back into sourdough bread making, and while I don’t at all mind doing it all by hand, I did miss the ease of having the option to let the machine do the work at times. I would eye the Zo models from time to time but never thought I would afford one. Saw this one and figured I could at least make an offer within my budget. I am now the very happy owner of this awesome mini Zo! First up was a garlic French bread. Amazing. The machine was quiet, easy to use, and produced perfect French bread texture inside and out. I usually only ever made the dough in my bread machine, baking it separately, but I wanted to test out a full course on the Zo, and it’s a winner. Just my husband and I, so this is the perfect size for us. Looking forward to trying out my sourdough and variations in it. Sorry to be so long winded - but ..I own an amazing mini Zo!

Almost perfect…

These are not what I would consider “zipper” style bags. They are press and seal which do not always stay sealed well and just are not as easy to completely seal like true zipper closures. I am older, and these are harder on my hands. That being said, they are good quality and the size I needed and 100 of them. Satisfied overall.

Great find!

Vazalore is a great find for aspirin needs. Fast acting and much gentler on the stomach. Pricey in-store but fantastic price here on EBay as long as you pay attention to the expiration date.
