Shipped in original box without any additional padding, causing everything inside to slam against each other…. Not ideal when dealing with precision tools. Although everything is scratched and dinged, it still works so I’m not too worried about it. A picky buyer would probably return it.

The bike rack is amazing. Once assembled it is rather heavy and will require two people to install or remove it from your vehicle.
