Doesn't Exactally Fit on First Try
at first glance it looked like a 15 minute job to replace my radio, however the rounded corner face plate on this radio did NOT fit my 96 Ford Explorer as mine had 90 degree (square) corners and this radio would not slip through the faceplate and click into position. OOPS... Fortunately I was able to remove the 3 screws that held the face plate on the new radio and exchange it with my old radio faceplate and everything worked. ( So I don't care, I am happy ) my only caution to folks purchasing is to make sure that the corners match or it is not a 15 min job. I guess I would have been in deep poo if the problem in my old radio had been in the face plate... Fortunately mine was not ...
