Typical DeWalt quality. Both tools work great. Nice compact kit that fits in my truck well. DeWalt drills are awesome!

Nice Mats, rear mat rubs against passenger front seat a little.
These are nice mats, provide really good protection of the carpet from all the dirt and crud that gets tracked in or spilled. My only complaint is that the rear mat rubs against the sliding track on the front passenger seat a little. I got it in there but had to wedge it a little with the front seat slid all the way back.
A slight alteration on their cut of the mat would probably fix that.
