  Horrible pack job. Not enough packing material. The ziplock bag was exploded inside of the box so there’s a good chance some small pieces escaped through the very unsealed bottom of the box. Should have been double bagged. All crevasses in the box should have been sealed with tape. Supposed to be a Christmas present so will be a huge bummer if pieces are missing. Incredibly disappointed, especially for the price I paid.

  Clearly I fell short on packaging on this order. I have since increased my packaging standards so this issue should not happen again. I am always willing to work something out with buyers and reached out to this buyer, but got no response and they just chose to leave a bad review instead of working out the issue.
