Veryu poor replacement part
This remote is poor quality. The following 3 reasons outline the difficulties I've been experiencing with the handheld remote.
1. It works about 50 percent of the time before the RJ50 connector needs to be plugged in again.
2. The remote is a smaller unit than the original making it a bit more difficult to hold.
3. Additionally, the switches require significant pressure to activate the desired motion.
I would not recommend this device to a friend.
