Terrific Quality
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich This company is the very best when it comes to mushrooms. They have done extensive research and I trust the quality and the blend. I take this during the winter to help avoid colds and flu and am now taking full time to assist in remsining healthy during the pandemic.

Very Well Done History But Dated
This book is quite well done but is dated-- good and well explained basic info but much has been discovered in the past 15 years-- so I would suggest people get something more recent. What he is great at is the history of the various discoveries and stories that flesh out the material.

Solid Intro to Contemporary Therapeutic shamanism
I feel mixed- very repetitive-but perhaps because he has points he really wants to make. The first half is a repeat of the first book in the series so I skimmed a lot. He has some great ideas for journeys and I think his approach to shamanic counseling is solid. Wish he wasn't so down on religion but I understand why--
A big part of his appeal his his therapy background so very grounded in ethics and clarity that we are shamanic practitioners and not shamans. I recommend the book.
