First timer

This is the first time I have upgraded a CPU and to be honest wasn't certain it would work in an ancient Dell Optiflex 745 but surprise surprise it did and gives the machine a slightly faster response and an improved 'Windows experience'. For the price well worth it and easy to install.

Win 7 versus Win 10

For some time now I have been disappointed with Win 10, its slow, interrupts my work with stupid requests and updates without my permission. For someone using a pc to image stars in the freezing cold this is not wanted. Win 7 is solid reliable and will continue to be supported for a while. This was a full legal copy Great.
