No response to questions
I had used this source several times for spare keys with no problems.
This time GM had changed the sequence of events to program the key in 2017. Two emails from us went unanswered on how to program.
It would be so simple to stick a "how to card" with the key when shipped. Didn't happen so I ended up surfing websites

Shipped in a paper USPS envelope with no packing material or cardboard
Just wasn't expecting an electric power tool to come in an envelope. Base end was exposed when it arrived. It works but have no idea how long. Sad anyone would cut corners like that!
