simple and work just fine

I needed a lot of phono connections ("RCA" sockets) for a project. These were easy to fit, (A single drilled hole required), soldered well, (good plating), nice solder tag for the body connection, and various colours for the various channels etc. I will be buying these again.

genuine 'new old stock' signetics NE602s - mine had datecode 1991

These appear to be GENUINE 'new old stock' chips as the NE602 are truly 'obsolete' now. The chips work exactly as expected in the circuit. The ones I received were Signetics, with a date code of 9105V - that is a date of about february 1991 I believe. The chip(s) work just fine in the bat detector I was repairing. Very happy.

absolutely my fave buy of the past few years....

The rack mounts were a bit of a pain as they used some specific screw positions to mount the rack mount kit to the unit, that I needed to use to mount the unit into my rack. So I had to remove the rack mount kit and then re-fit it using different screws, but that was just a minor inconvenience really. IT SOUNDS GREAT. It works just as you'd expect a quality unit to work. It shuts its door if you leave it open too long, (to prevent accidental damage). It has wired remote control facilities on the back that I haven't used. It's been faultless. Beautiful unit. Best item I've bought in years.
