Probably fine on dark colours but not on light.
Our Transit motorhome has light grey plastic mouldings however this grey is much darker. I did the central part of the rear bumper, which gave a contrast, but it could not be used on the rest.
It also needed 4 coats as it leaves streaks, no doubt trying to cover a lighter colour.
I think it would be fine on dark grey or black, but is no use on light grey.
