As advertised
Works as expected. Including directions would have been useful. I am no repairman, but it got installed correctly.

Just right incubator motor
This motor is a 1/240 rpm device. It is just the right speed to rotate chicken eggs in the incubator.
The only concern I have is the motor gets hot, not burst into flame hot, but 135* f is hot enough.
Nice people down there.

Not bad
The directions are not well written leaving a number of questions. D-link has stopped supporting this model. Other then these tw items it seem to work correctly. For what I paid it's a good bargain.
