Serves the purpose and looks like a piece of art
The rack came well packed and nothing was missing. At first I was displeased with how "plastic" it looked, but once installed and viewed from a couple of feet away it looked good. Very good in fact. The color is a rich brown and unless you examined it closely you'd think it was wood.
Installation consisted of installing two screws and sliding the rack onto them. Figured it would take me all of ten minutes including the five minutes it took me to find the power drill's battery. I used the template that was included to position the screws and I checked it with a level. I installed my rack on the back of a wooden door so I didn't need to use the hollow wall anchors which were also included. Unfortunately it looked very wrong when I stood back and looked at it. It may have been level but due to the random lengths it looked crooked and not centered on the door.
It took me two more tries but I finally got the screws placed so that the rack appeared centered and level. Thankfully all the holes ended up out of sight. Someday I may go back and patch them.
An attractive rack at a great price that works well. I'm pleased with my purchase.

Cheap, cheap, cheap
Extremely disappointed. The pump works and it's made of copper, but those two things are the only high points. The picture shows a well-detailed leaf and lotus flower. The one I received came with a completely flat leaf with barely visible vein lines. The flower looks cheap and machine mass-produced. It looks a bit better when water is flowing as the lack of details, shaping and depth are less noticeable.
If you're looking for something of quality . . . look elsewhere.
