Surprisingly good value
I’m normally reluctant to buy eBay goods such a as home electrics. However, a new fan was needed. Easy to assemble, very quiet (my previous fan was a metal blade/metal framed desk sitter) and just about the right height. I’ve left said review at ‘good’ as it’s well...good. Let’s hope it lives up to the manufacturers expectation as well as my own.

A worthwhile bargain!
A good, budget model. Though not as extensively detailed as some of the more expensive manufacturers, it has a lot of potential. Some nice casting detail on the turret and hull, though some tidying is required for flash in places.
My only down point would be the tracks. The ones supplied are ok if you’re looking to build straight from the box, but for the more invested modeller, the tracks suffer from lack of detail and that ‘heavy’ look.
Well worth the price of you can find it, and if you’re looking for a good start point for a project, then this is it.

Game Changer
If you’ve ever wondered how to bring back model brushes from the dead, this is your necromancer! Stuff is amazing. I spent 30 minutes cleaning my damaged brushes (splayed bristles mainly) with brush soap, then after drying, dipped and reshaped the brush with the gel. Once dry, you’d think they were brand new. It’s not a miracle worker though. That medium drybrush from 1998 that you used for 20 years applying pigment isn’t going to miraculously become like day one again. But the gel is incredibly good at getting those bristles back in line and ready for grown up painting. For the cost of the gel, it’s saved me £££ in new brushes. That’s not to say you can’t buy more brushes, but the ones that you favoured over the others (you know what I’m on about) that you just can’t let go, you can enjoy them once again.
