One pad was thicker than the other three...
One pad was thicker than the other three, just enough that I had to remove the anti-noise shim to get it to work.
Hopefully the brake grease I applied to the back keeps it from chattering later.

Huge improvement in looks!

No cutting of wires, just unplug your bulbs, plug the pigtails from the lights into the sockets, remove the masking tape and push the excess into the housing and push/turn in the factory connectors. Done!
One thing, they blink fast on my car, I’m going to have to add resistors because of my ocd, I can’t handle the fast blink.
Other than that, combined with my smoked headlights it makes the 13 year old car look just a little less old.
