Nice locking cap!
Despite the listing for this cap indicating that the ‘tether is not included’, the tether is included!
The cap requires a short break in period, which I helped along with by working it on and off quite a few times. It doesn’t seem to leak either.
It looks and works well, I’m happy and I recommend it to anyone who wants to keep the fuel they just bought...

Keeps your gray tanks from cracking in cold weather.
It’s working great so far, it is just installed. The seals work, no leaks. The removable sewer pipe is easily removed and replaced if necessary.
This completely stops the smell associated with pulling the black tank drain…which only goes away when you rinse the hose out draining the other two tanks. This means that you can leave the drain valves open all the time. This means you will not crack the tanks when it gets too cold.
If I had done this from the beginning I would not have tanks that leak before they fill up. Running the heater puts the mildew smell throughout the RV, disgusting 🤢 stench now avoided.

Barring hole plug
The plug is slightly too large in diameter to fit the hole in my engine adapter…worthless! Not worth the shipping to return it.
