Makes a useful seat for camping, hiking, rock collecting, and campfires. Great gift for people who love the outdoors
These are great we use them in our motor home for seats when were eating. For travel 5 gal buckets nest and we also store something in the top nested bucket.. The covers also nest. We tried an alternative product sold by cabelas and other hunting stores and it just didnt last. I am 350 pounds and these support me fine. I have degenerative disk disease that causes extreme back pain when I am standing and hiking for long times. I carry an emtpy 5 gal bucket and lid when my wife and I hike. When My back complains I sit down on the bucket seat. If we meet people on the trail I sit down on the bucket . Also good for sitting arround a camp fire. When we go rock collecting we carry back our treasures in the bucket
We have a fire pit at home and my wife uses the Bucket and lid to carry matches, fire starters and kindling to start the fire.
My brother and his wife went camping with us in Bayfield wi two weeks ago. They both liked the bucket seat idea. So we are buying 2 of them for them as a surprise Christmas gift.
