Good for those sleepless nights
2 von 2 finden das hilfreich Helps with sleep but need to be taken after eating something. I found I had a mild stomach upset next day if I didn't. When I need it I have a small drink of milk then take the capsule/s about 20mins before going to bed

Small & powerful
The sensor light is perfect for dark areas of the house & automatically comes on as you pass/approach, It's great to have a torch at hand as well. no need to rummage around finding a torch or batteries when you need one & if the power goes out these little powerful lights will come on so you aren't left in the dark.
