Need to re-install windows not just upgrade
I didn't realize that I need to reinstall the windows program. In order to do that, I need to save everything on my computer and start over. I don't have time to do all that. I cannot afford to lose any of my outlook mail and other programs or pieces because the back up didn't back up everything.

Fair to good item
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich The item is great, but I am not comfortable with some of the features the company changed from prior versions. And some prior versions worked great, whereas on this product they don't.

Be cautious of what you buy and the price offered.
One of the buttons to set the time broke and is inside the unit. The clock does not keep the right time. Bad deal!
