  I’ll be honest, I came off aggressive to the seller due to a bonkers misunderstanding. They were not defensive at all, and responded very professionally. Separately, I had an issue with the item’s packaging, but seller offered me a higher partial refund than I originally asked for (even though I told them I was fine taking the lower amount). They didn’t deflect or make excuses, and just owned up to their mistake. I was pretty blown away with just how professionally they took care of the issue.

  Never arrived. After the end of the initial expected window, TWO messages to the seller remain unaddressed. No acknowledgment of the delay or the situation at all. I had to use eBay to get my money back. I think this is the first negative feedback I’ve ever given on eBay. Buyers, beware. Seller, do better.

  BUYER BEWARE! As can be seen in many reviews, this seller seems to have repetitive behavior in not sending items won from auctions or canceling purchases if they were unhappy with the final auction price. I won an auction for a Gameboy Color game (I'm a teacher and collect games I grew up with for my kids and students to play) - The seller was paid immediately and never attempted to send the item. They refused to reply to any outreach attempts made so eBay ended up needing to issue a full refund
