Kefir and life in a healthy and happy road!
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich Just filtered the water kefir and the little things are thriving, they've turned into a very large family, very healthy and happy looking. The drink is absolutely delicious. I've got so many that I've started putting some of the extra ones in my morning smoothies and also in Doris's (my English Bulldog) food bowl. We are both enjoying the benefits of this wonderful drink and I believe it will be an ongoing thing as they don't stop to multiply and giving us an enormous ammount of healthy vitality. Very glad I started on the water kefir road as it's proving to have a positive effect in not just my nutritional needs but also, I feel so energised that the walks with Doris are now two hours plus morning and evening. I would recommend this wonderful drink to anyone as it is not only a pleasure to drink but great fun to make. Doris just gave me a very satisfied "woof" in agreement.

Los Zafiros : UNMISSABLE !
Never heard of them before, but I saw a video of one of their songs on youtube and bought the CD. Best kept secret in 20th century popular music. A secret to me they were until now. The music is fantastic, the songs are brilliant and the voices are beautiful, their harmonies flawless. In a sort of retro futuristic latin way, they are incredibly modern and they posses that indescribable quality that makes some music timeless. A classic !

Sweeeeeet
Best sugar I've ever had, not a big fan of the stuff, tend to use honey and maple syrup but this sugar is fantastic. Sweetens your tea and coffee with a very natural taste and aroma, will never use any other sugar, from now it's only rapadura!
