Imnpressive Zen DCC Chips

I am impressed. The Zen chips are excellent value for monery and work well. In addition DC Concepts/TimeTunnel take the common sense approach of adding a stay-alive to the pack. I can see many more of these populating my loco collection. Recommended

Simplicity itself

Simple to use, just plug it in, insert a battery or 2 and it's on its way. Fully automatic, it turns off once the battery(ies) is/are fully charged. Could not be better. I heartily recommend it.

Transforms my graphics workflow process

This absolutely FLIES! I bough a Dell XPS pc as it had a Core 2 quad Intel cpu and is just about as quick unclocked as an i5 quad core - and a LOT cheaper! The only problem was the poxy little SATA HDD that came with it - all 150 Gb of it! So, rather than more of the same, but bigger, I decided on an SSD to speed up my graphics processing - 40 Mb RAW files batch processed in Lightroom and Photoshop tend to slow a PC down unless it is set up right. I made the right choice! My old ACER has a dual core i3 cpu and in the Dell this little beast will open Photoshop in about 12 seconds! - so much faster than the ACER. Now I can unleeash the power of the Core 2 quad cpu and speed up my workflow (I also added 8Gb of Corsair Hyper-X DDR2 memory). I can add plenty of cheap storage with either SATA HDD's or a hybrid drive (not tried one yet, but I will soon!) I RECOMMEND this drive!
