NO POWER!
This is a rip-off! It claims to be a great item for low water pressure homes; NOT! I get more pressure from a cheap sprayer nozzle that I bought at Walmart. I gave it to my uncle who lives in another state and has high water pressure and he said it doesn't do very well there either. Don't waste your money on this!

Needs better strings
The holes drilled in the tubes are not smooth and cut though the string that was holding them in place, so noe I have to figure out a way to resolve that issue.

The cats enjoy it for the most part.
Kittens seem to enjoy it more than the adult cats, but they all use it now and then. I wouldn't pay for the products that are selling for over $100, but this one is okay. The scratch posts don't last very long. the cats clawed right though those ropes.
