These ladders are more to scale than many ladders and rails that are supplied with building kits.

A small light holder for certain shots
The U/C shaped bracket holder is a nice little gadget to have if you want to do walking shots in video or a stationary closeup.
However, because of its plastic construction(looks like polystyrene), I wouldn't have it outdoors or take it on a hiking trip-it does not appear or feel very rugged and can break easily.
I will keep mine inside and only have it out in the sun so much.

Works great but one snag..
The monopod handle grip holder works great. I have a sony cybershot and it works perfectly to keep me from fumbling with the small camera, especially when it comes time to press any buttons.
The threaded bolt works well and snugs up just fine.
The problem is that the lower threaded part (female) that is supposed to attach to a tripod or other implement is too far up into the bottom of the pistol grip.
I cannot attach the monopod to my tripod.
Fortunately, I do not have much of a need to do this and the monopod can easily be removed from the camera.
