Tightly anchored.
Fits easy and secured tightly. Used as the hanger nails of existing were coming loose, I simply placed next to existing nail about an inch apart from nail and anchored away.

Key FOB is normal, my issue is even though it states 2015-2021, my truck is a 2014 and compatibility stated will work, but the flip key is not as wide as current key, yet the push buttons work. I gambled and so it be.
