Seasoning Herb Ox Chicken Sodium Free
I have used Herb Ox Chicken sodium free individual packets for several years & really ENJOY the added flavor to either frozen or canned vegetables. I use sodium free as I have high blood pressure.

Plexus Slim
Plexus Slim drink helps curb the appetite! I drink it first thing in the morning & the rest of the day it helps curb my appetite for lunch and supper along with smaller food portions. Plexus Slim is a "tool" helping me with weight loss along with me making healthier food choices! I have even noticed my energy level is better now also.
