Smoked for 20yrs and quit with no willpower, you can smoke the whole time you are reading the book so there is no barrier to finishing it. If at the end you want to continue smoking, then fine. But you won’t & it’s effortless. Allen Carr breaks down all the brainwashing around smoking in a really easy to understand way. This book is suitable for all smokers. PLEASE READ if you smoke, it could save your life which is great for you and the people who love you.
