  Had dialog through messages sent back and forth with the seller to make sure the laptop was in fantastic condition as the listing stated. The laptop arrived only to find it with dents all over the outside body, the keyboard heavily used with the letter "T" worn off and the screen with permanent keyboard imprint from the keys. The seller was gracious enough to waive the shipping fee when first sending it out but would rather pay a lot for shipping for a good condition laptop. VERY BAD SELLER!!!!

  Bad Buyer...I never misrepresented the laptop. I told you to look at the photos. The worn “t” is clearly visible in photos, no key imprints on the screen. FYI, “dents” are deformations on the top or bottom covers. None on this laptop. There are some small “nicks” along the edge. This is a used computer and use marks should be expected. I disclosed this in the listing. Gave a big discount and free shipping. Just because it did not live up to your expectations does not mean I am a "bad seller”
