Someone had some extras that I was able to buy for a good price.
These plug-in electrical disconnects are now required for all fluorescent fixtures used commercially, and I highly recommend using them for all light fixtures both commercial and residential as it makes fixture repairs and replacements almost 100% safe from electrical shock. One of the best ideas of the last 50 years!
