    Arrived on time and looked good, just like the picture. But then I noticed a hole. I told the seller and they gave me a full refund straight away. Thank you! It was also not the correct size. It was for a teenager and not an adult. Thanks anyway. :)

Vanish works best for me!
May take more than one application but really gets stains out and smells fresh and clean. Easy to use and didn't discolour carpets. Not cheap but worth the extra expense.

Good value A5 diary with useful information pages.
Useful A5 week to view reference diary with plenty of room to write for each day. Particularly like the additional information pages - year calendars, bank holiday dates and 2019 planner space front of book with room for notes, address and early 2020 planner space at the back. Paper is slightly thin so write in biro or pencil rather than felt tip/dense inks but good value for the price.
