Cheap but poor quality.
I bought this vice for a specific job because it had a "vee" groove in one of the jaws i needed this to adapt to my Myford vertical slide so i could cut a key way slot in a round shaft,when i received the vice i was pleased with the delivery time ,on closer examination the 4 out side mounting slots were not evenly spaced and one was so poorly machined it resembled an "L" shape and was not in line with the opposite one ,which was a problem because i had to make the slot a lot wider than i would have needed to , Had i of bought this as an addition to my tooling i would not have kept it ,but i was in a hurry to get my other machine up and running again and needed this to do that. the idea of such a vice is a good one ,pity a lot more quality control had not been exercised ,Ron.
