  The item I purchased was packed terribly with no padding. The item was broken upon arrival and a refund was not offered. Do not buy from this seller if you’re worried about the item breaking during shipping.

  The buyers is a dam liar he lies that the seller never offered a refund, the seller did offer a full refund all the buyer was asked to do was to open a refund request so the seller can send him a return label and give him a full refund, but he got stubburn and just said he will just give a bad review so he can keep the Item and we will send a refund. Buyer thinks he was trying to steel the Item. Also buyer suggested that the Item was Insured trough FED-EX. possibly he claimed it. BAD BAD BUYER

  Unfortunately, the item was not described properly at all in the posting. I did not receive everything that was described in the posting. I only received the HP fuser itself and not any of the other maintenance items. I was a Genuine HP fuser though. The seller's communication was poor and at times confusing. I did receive a partial refund (including applicable taxes), but it didn't come close to covering the cost of the missing items/parts.
