It's great!

Just as most of the reviews say, this motorola (as with most other Motorolas in the price range) is excellent so far. It replaces an earlier Moto which still worked perfectly but its speaker had stopped working after a knock. Does the job a treat and I spend less than a quarter of what some people spend for virtually the same service. Coupled with a great value `3' sim it does everything I need at a laughably good price. Love it.

Quite ok.

Can't be all yes/no in the recommend/value/quality question, it's all in the middle/ok-ish. Quite a baffling product in some ways: instructions to dip alternately in hot and cold water to `shape to head' then leave to dry. DON'T get leather band get wet! (Not so easy given previous dippings)....place on head whilst doing a headstand and still wet to get shape, maybe?!? Only medium quality because of irregular textile, including a 1 inch lumpy `slub' ( I think that's the word?) in the very centre. (however, this doesn't particularly show). Overall, it's comfortable,warm, does the job (or it will do after i've jumped in and out of hot/cold showers wearing it and stood in the sun waiting for it to dry a couple of times?) After all that, it instructs: dry clean only! Also it lacks the metal `vent holes' of some military style berets. TBH, not sure what to make of it. It'll do, I guess! I think it looks ok, but wife thinks I look a proper dick in it. Ho hum...
