Although it required some work, it was well worth it!
Pros are that you can fit a lot of shoes on it, and I love the organization it gives me.
The downside is just a temporary (but MAJOR) thing... you will need to glue each peg in place so it will stay, otherwise it can pop out of the hole, causing a cascade of shoes to fall as the rows come undone.
So I glued each post in with gorilla glue, then hung it back up and it's been great ever since!
