  The description claimed to have the original packaging. If a person has the original packaging, they have probably taken care of the equipment. The lens survived shipping. When I inquired about the shipping delay, the seller said they were waiting on bubble wrap. I replied with Okay, good plan. As you can see from the photos, there was no bubble wrap in the box or in the OEM package, which should have had the Styrofoam blocks from Canon. Canon builds lenses tougher than I expected.

  Seller kept making up excuses for not sending the item. The seller after a few days then decided to cancel the order for a "minor crack". The refund failed and now I have to go through more and more hoops just to get my money back. I would not buy from this seller

  Your funds were refunded shortly after eBay emailed me saying the refund failed. It was due to outdated information on my account. You did not have to go through any hoops.
