Red Garland the Albums Collection, Parts One, Two and Three a must have!
Red Garland, Paul Chambers, Philly Jo Jones and John Coltrane were the Miles Davis Quintet on the Prestige icon albums of "Cookin", "Relaxin", "Workin", and Steamin". That said, being able to purchase the Red Garland albums collections - Part One 1956-1959, Part Two 1959-1961, and Part Three 1961-1962 which includes this group as well as other artists is a must have! In total there are 24 albums that are unobtainable gems that I find are a true joy to listen to.
