Printed description in packaging not Precise
The unit works ok. However it cannot be switched to 2 different heat settings as described. It is a manufacturing fault and not the sellers. The position of the switch does not work the way it should, but just works as an on/off switch only.
The seller described it exactly the way it was printed on the packaging, so no fault on the seller. However since it is a compact unit, I decided to keep it but how long it will last only time will tell, as the quality seems pretty average!

A good replacement product by Kenwood
Replaced the two beaters of the hand held Kenwood. Nice product and looks well made, Works nicely.
