Excellent book on rare RCAF WWII HWE aircraft

I had been looking to purchase a copy of this rare publication for many years. It is an excellent reference book about the Liberator and the Fortress used by the Canadians during WWII. Its focus is on the HWE squadrons that utilised both the adventurous Libs of the BR units (ASW) and the more mundane Forts of the mail delivery/transport squadron. I cannot recall another book that covers this subject in more detail. This was an excellent effort on the part of Carl Vincent and any historian or scale modeller will enjoy the content and numerous rare photos. Highly recommended. Cheers.

No time like the present to start eating healthier, this book shows you how

This is an informative book on the subject of learning to eat better. It is written in an easy to understand format without too much medical jargon. If you have been advised to eat healthier then this should be one of the first books procured for your home library. Cheers.
