  The buyer had no intention of ever going through with this sale. She wanted to pick the item up in 3 weeks which is obviously done so that I said that’s too long. She didn’t get a reply within 2 hours and therefore demanded a refund which I was happy to do. However she stated that it was because I wouldn’t arrange delivery which would have been a mark against my account. I asked her to revise her cancellation and she wouldn’t. She then sent a winking emoji stating “the eBay guarantee will cover”

  That’s a lie, they were exactly the condition that the pictures showed. The guy picks up scrap wheels that are all in poor condition and then tries to knock you for price when he arrives. They are £40 for 4 alloy wheels and brand new tyres, I’m not selling gold jewlery here.
