  Item arrived with short black hairs scattered all over it. As I was shaking it out and preparing to send it to the cleaners, I noticed the sleeves had been altered with a bad hem job. I contacted the seller who offered NO apology, said he didn't have animals, and was selling it for a friend. I replied it was seller's responsibility to disclose alterations or possible animal contact. STILL NO APOLOGY, just said return it. I asked if he would reimburse for postage and cleaning, but no response.

  I offer free shipping/free returns for most all items in my store, Ebay had been notified the buyer attempted to extort leaving negative feedback, if seller does not pay for free dry cleaning services. Buyer held accountable, Buyer also was demanding /very aggressive. Seller does not own a pet and there were no pet hairs on item when shipped to the buyer, Buyers email indicated she altered the item, Buyer also calls me a "he", when I am a "she". I do not tolerate aggressive communications.
