Everything you ever wanted to know about lobsters ....
If you have a northeast shore area summer home or all-year residence, and love
lobsters this is the book for you. First it is readable. And that is saying a
lot when you are talking about the anatomy of a lobster and then how to cook it, plus second it contains many great recipes for making lobster from the simple to the chef's versions. And the recipes from many chefs, whose names you know if you are a foodie at all, are also included. This is a book well
worth buying.

What is wonderful squared?
What do I love about this book? Everything! I love the way Jacques Pepin writes and tells you about recipes and his life. I love the recipes. I love that they are easy and the instructions ever so clear. Jacques Pepin is one
of the best classically French trained chefs in America and he helps you to get the results without the pain and strain of having been through all he has gone through to know so much.
He is never pretentious or superior in his writings. He doesn't have to be he is that good.
And may I add that Jacques Pepin is to food what Sean Connery is to movies. They just never get old or out of date. They are Dishy!
I have given this book to four people and they all call me and thank me again
and say that they love reading it and making his recipes and what a beautiful
book it is.
I recommend buying a copy for yourself and everyone you know on your good friends list who likes to cook for Christmas or whatever.
