Glad we didn't pay much for this system. Phones have issues with static on and off out of the blue. The prime line feature is horrible. Since there is no way to turn that feature off, you are stuck with it. Every time you pick up the handset it automatically connects, so if you pick up the phone to intercom to another office you end up putting line 1 on hold. You have to go back and hang it up. With 5 units/people in the office, this is quite a pain for everyone. The way in which you transfer lines does not work well as it is extremely easy to disconnect people. Wish there was a way to edit the music portion.
